INGREDIENTS
1 Butternut Squash - cut into pieces
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt or Flaky Salt
Marc's Magic Rub
Maple syrup (optional)
RECIPE PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425
Toss squash, olive oil, and salt on a baking sheet. Bake in a single layer until the bottom side is golden brown (about 20 minutes) Flip & toss with Marc's Magic Rub. Bake for another 15 minutes until golden & tender.
Finish with a drizzle of maple syrup
