Baked Sweet Potato Fries

These baked sweet potato fries are on our dinner table at least 3 times a week! They've quickly become a family favorite side dish, and the best part is they are healthier than normal fries without compromising on flavor. Slice your sweet potatoes thin to achieve the perfect fry crunch without needing to actually fry them!

The potatoes lend the perfect amount of sweetness to the Marc's Magic Rub seasoning which has a hint of spice from the cayenne. Salty, crunchy, and healthy. What more could you want in a recipe!

2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons Marc’s Magic Rub
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
Flaky salt, such as Maldon, for finishing


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut sweet potatoes into thin, long strips (about ½ in x ½ in)

Toss on baking sheet with olive oil, salt, and Marc’s Magic Rub.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown, cripsy, and cooked through. Flip half way through.
