Spicy Citrus Shrimp

1 pound of large shrimp
2 tablespoons Marc’s Magic Rub
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic, finely chopped
½ lime, juice
Flaky salt, such as Maldon


Heat a large, cast iron skillet on high heat (can also do on the grill)

In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, Marc’s Magic Rub, and garlic.

When the skillet is hot add the shrimp in a single layer. You should hear them sear when you place them in the pan (if they don’t make any noise wait for the skillet to heat up more)

Cook 1-2 minutes, flip, and cook 1 more minute.

Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and flaky salt.
