Addicting Popcorn!

½ cup unpopped popcorn kernels
4 tablespoons Marc’s Magic Rub
2 tablespoons Canola or Safflower Oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon flaky salt, such as Maldon


Heat oil and a few popcorn kernels in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat. When kernels start to pop, add remaining kernels and cover. Shake pot frequently, until popping stops.

In a small saucepan, melt butter, 3 tablespoons Marc’s Magic Rub and flaky salt. Once butter is melted pour mixture over popcorn and mix well to combine. Pour remaining 1 tablespoon Marc’s Magic Rub over popcorn.

Transfer to serving bowl & eat! Once you start, you won’t be able to stop.
